Policies

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

• Fill-ins require at least 40% lash retention. Anything less will be charged as a full set. One full eye gone = full set.

• A 20-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be cancelled.

• No call/no shows will not be able to book again. Communication is important.

• Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, mascara, or leftover glue). A lash bath fee will apply if needed.

• I do not work over other lash artists’ work. A removal and new set are required.

• Cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance.

I’m located in the Up-the-Way neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. After your deposit is received and your appointment is confirmed, you will receive the address by text or email.
